To foster the natural, safest, affordable and most acceptable traditional system of treatment i.e., the Unani System of Medicine. The prime goal is to promote, nurture and to nourish the aspirants in the field to serve the community at National and Global level. To utilize the best available information & technology resources to impart the education at most rational, scientific way and with special reference to the applied aspect.

********* Introduction **********

One of the Oldest Unani Colleges of India established in 1927.

Hospital started in 1932.

In 1937 the foundation stone for the New building of the Tibbiya College was laid down.

One of the Oldest Unani Colleges of India to launch PG course (MD) in 1972 and Jarahat (MS) in 1996. The name Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College was coined commemorate the legend Hk. Ajmal Khan in 1969 on the occasion of 100th birth anniversary of Hk. Ajmal Khan.

Based on the performance of this College, Department of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Sidha & Homeopathy), Ministry of Health, Government of India has granted the College the status of a Model College and we are thriving hard to get the College as an Institute of Excellence in the future.
