House Building Loan Section
The House Building Loan Section of
Central Account Office functions for the distribution of House Building Advance
to the Permanent employees of the University for the purpose to build, renovate
or purchase their houses/flats as per rules, which further is followed by
monthly deductions from the salary of the loanee @ 8.5% p.a. interest rate on the loan upto
Rs. 25,00,000/- at present.
The other works of the Section includes:-
- Investment of surplus
money of HBL account in the form of FDR's and STDR's.
- Maintaining audit
reports.
- To prepare the Annual
statement no.04 & 05.
- Timely report of
investment to the executive council in its meeting.
