� Correspondence of Official Language (Hindi) Implementation Committee

� Works related to the various Annual Service/Maintenance Contract of the i.e. Contract of the telephones attached with the VC's Sectt. and different models of  Xerox machines installed in the various Departments/Offices of the University, AMC of Desert Coolers, Water Coolers, Air conditioners  of Administrative Block.

�  Deployment of non-teaching staff in election duty of Lok Sabha, Vidhan Sabha, and Panchayat elections.

�  Arrangements of pooling booth of different schools/centre/halls for electoral list as well as conducting elections.

� Detailing the University light vehicles for patrolling in elections.

� Deputation of staff in procuring the information for Census.

� Any other work if assigned by the AR/DR from time to time
